15th Annual Falcon Craft Fair

 

 

The Annual Falcon Craft Fair is one of our  major fund-raising events to support local non-profit organizations in El Paso County.  This is our 15^th year hosting the event.  

 

I started accepting vendors in May, 2024.  I am soliciting vendors who did our craft fair last year and definitely welcoming new vendors to apply.  If you are a vendor and are interested in doing the fir on Oct 5 and 6, 2024 then please email Don K at exchangecluboffalcon@gmail.com.  I am vetting vendors to make sure I don't have an abundance of vendors that do the same type of crafts (i.e. jewelry, tumblers, art, and etc).  I will let you know via the email whether I can accept you or not.  We are doing 10x6 and 10x10 booths that are set up in a four-square which means everyone will have a corner booth.  Payments can be made on this website using Zeffy.com(which will allow 100% of the fees to come to the Exchange Club of Falcon) or via check to 7661 McLaughlin Rd, Box #541, Falcon, CO  80831. 

 

We will have volunteers to help vendors bring their crafts/items into the Gym/Commons area.  They will be available the Friday evening  before the show and early in the morning before the show starts at 9:00am.  We will have volunteers to help at the end of the show on Sunday afternoon for vendors to take their crafts/items to their car as well.

 

We plan on having at least 65 vendors this year at the Falcon High School.  We will have the culinary department (High schoolers will be preparing the food) from Patriot High School . They will have hotdogs, brats, hamburgers and maybe burritos for sale to our patrons.

 

All proceeds from the vendor booth fees and donations (i.e. money, clothing, blankets) will be donated to the various local non-profit agencies  that we already support here in El Paso County (i.e. Eastern Plains Community Pantry, Kidpower of Colorado Springs, just to name a few).

 

I am hoping for a great turnout at the 15th Annual Falcon Craft Fair this year (October 5 and 6, 2024)
